Chaiwa Law is a boutique law firm founded by Pranay Chaudhry with the primary goal of providing our clients with legal solutions and peace of mind by working in a respectful, compassionate, and professional atmosphere. The name Chaiwa Law comes from our founding partner’s childhood nickname, as he was affectionately called ‘Chaiwala’ for his love for tea and being the tea connoisseur of the family. Carrying forward his passion for tea, every time a client walks through our doors they are invited to relax in our office with a hot cup of tea, which they can select from a large variety of teas from around the world.

 

We have extensive knowledge in Immigration and Real Estate law, helping our clients transition to Canada whether they wish to study or work, immigrate here permanently, reunite with their family, or expand their business by hiring foreign workers.
